Qualifications
As Managing Director, Martin is responsible for the financial performance and strategic direction of the company. He was instrumental in our ‘New Decade, New Beginnings’ business strategy, which commenced in 2020, and is passionate about delivering a client-focused service while ensuring the wellbeing of the Poole Dick team.
He still has some involvement in project delivery, with his personal areas of expertise at each end of the age scale: Student Accommodation and Senior Living. He likes to think that personally he is nearer to the former, but …let’s just say he has 30 years’ experience in the industry!
Martin is Chair of Constructing Staffordshire and a member of CE Midlands Leadership Council.
Outside of work, Martin enjoys skiing and golfing.
