Our role is Purchasers Agent and Clerk of Works on numerous Section 106 projects throughout the North West.

Key Considerations

There is often a lot of work to do at the start of the project, as in most instances some of the properties are completed, so the ability to drop onto the scheme quickly is required. Schemes can then go on for numerous years with different phases of works, so the ability to drop in and out of the project is required over this time.
