To provide construction project management services in connection with alterations and conversion of an existing retail unit to a new Lidl retail store, in the market town of Leek, the Staffordshire Moorlands.
Key Considerations
In addition to managing and coordinating site activities with the main contractor, we also coordinated disconnection of redundant utility supplies and upgrades/relocation of new supplies.
The Outcome
The works involved the stripping of the existing internal structure, finishes and services ‘back to shell’ and the fit out of the existing space to replicate a standard store.
The contract was let via a competitive tender process utilising the Lidl standard design and build framework agreement.
