Delighted to announce the launch our new business arm, Poole Dick Plus

We’re delighted to announce the launch of a new arm to our business, Poole Dick Plus, offering a range of new services that support both corporate and project compliance. Previously CEO at Novus Property Solutions, Alan Nixon joins us as Director of Poole Dick Plus (+).

Project-based services provided by the new business will include on-site monitoring of quality and specification conformance, principal designer duties, site safety inspections and pre-contract de-risking and service connection management. Beyond specific projects and programmes, PD+ will also offer broader support in helping organisations appraise their corporate risk and compliance arrangements, facilitate strategic planning cycles, and support the development of a positive health and safety culture within organisations.

In addition, with reducing carbon emissions the obligation of all businesses and property owners, PD+ offers support in assessing the opportunity to reduce emissions through a range of retrofit options as well as overseeing the management and coordination of both fabric first upgrades and non-fossil fuel heat source changes.
