Qualifications
Achieved a First-Class Honours degree in Quantity Surveying from UCLan in 2024
Luke joined Poole Dick in February 2019 as a part time Trainee Surveyor. Since this time, he has been assisting surveyors on various jobs and recently played key roles in schemes alongside a senior surveyor. He is often required to visit sites to review valuations and attend progress meetings, which he chairs.
Luke achieved a First-Class Honours degree in Quantity Surveying from UCLan in 2024 and was promoted to Project Quantity Surveyor. He continues undertaking the same roles (Employer’s Agent, Contract Administrator, Purchaser’s Agent, and QS/Cost Management), but now for a wider range of clients, including MSV Housing Group, Great Places, Community Gateway Association, and RBH.
Luke continues to provide services across their planned maintenance programmes and recently demolition works, and refurbishment projects.

Outside of Work
Luke enjoys playing golf and participates in weekly golf competitions at weekends. He enjoys the social side of both, and competitiveness while playing.
